Sandra Smith Hart

Funeral Administrator

Sandy joined the Heintzelman team in June 2010 after gaining more than 25 years of administrative work experience at Penn State and 10 years as an administrative assistant for an engineering firm. She has lived in Center Hall since 2004 and is an elder at the Milesburg Presbyterian Church, an office holder with the Order of the Eastern Star; and an assistant facilitator of a grief support group.

Sandy loves being the administrator for both funeral homes, and especially enjoys the interaction she has with families. She was featured in a 2013 edition of The Heritage Registry of Who's Who in the field of funeral home services.

She was born in Bellefonte, and grew up in Fairview. She graduated from the Bald Eagle Area High School and attended college at PSU, University Park, State College. She has a daughter, Julee, and is the proud "Mammy" to her granddaughter, Carlee. Sandy's family also includes a coal-black cat named Ramous.

Her favorite hobby is folk art painting and enjoys instructing classes in folk art, especially at Christmas time. She is also an avid antique collector.
